The project has three main objectives. Firstly, the landscape integration in an ecosystem as fragile as is the coastal system, through the creation of a park in its south-west border. Secondly connecting with mobility infrastructures as efficiently as possible, with the entrance of the railway line inside the logistics activities zone. Finally, flexibility in management to be able to host agents with different demands in terms of area (square meters), both plots and logistics building, for this goal it is propose some binding elements (streets, alignments, heights and uses) and some elements not binding (perimeter and maximum regulatory profiles) and, on the other hand, the possibility of adding minimum units of plots until they are grouped into a superblock.
