The layout and section of the houses are shaped by the steep slope of the terrain. Each unit is located at a different level, and the accesses are organized through a platform that splits into ramps and planes leading to the parking areas. Four houses have their parking and entrance from the upper level, and the other three from the lower level. The houses have two floors that are set back, creating terraces to adapt to the slope of the plot.
