The house is located between the ruins of Ampurias and the sea. The terrain has a slight east-west slope. The house is developed respecting the unevenness, adapting with small groups of steps both in the house and in the garden. The car park is in the west where the access street is. The housing program is developed staggered from west to east where the living room and the kitchen-dining room are located, a space that opens to the pool and the garden. The long south facade allows all rooms to have good sun in winter and in summer the sun is controlled by awnings. The orientation allows to use natural ventilation, making openings at the bottom of the windows and access doors of the south facade and openings in the upper parts of the walls of the north facade. This system has prevented the air conditioning installation that was left ready.
