The house is in a low-density urbanization on a plot with steep slope. The house is developed on three floors. The garage is located on the lower floor which is accessed via a side ramp. From the garage you access the ground floor, where the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room are located. In the living room there is a double space that overlooks the study located, as a mezzanine, on the top floor. 

The structure is of pillars and reinforced concrete retaining walls necessary to save the slope of the terrain.
