The proposal is based on the reconversion of the Rec industrial area into a driving hub for uses, activities, and events to revitalize and energize the neighborhood while preserving its identity and integrating it with the city and its natural surroundings.

Based on the diagnosis, a series of actions are proposed on four levels: connectivity, mobility, urbanity, and ecology, which will be implemented through different strategies. To carry them out, the transformation of the current Industrial zoning key to the “CLAU REC” is proposed—a new regulation based on a mix of uses and the preservation of its architecture.
